Honoring the Life of Your Loved One
However the death, whether sudden or after a long illness, our loved ones deserve to be acknowledged and honoured for their lives lived.
As soon as you call me, I shall arrange to visit and spend the necessary time finding out all there is to know about your loved one.
When it comes to celebrating your loved one’s life, I shall want to hear all about him or her. Looking through photos or listening to their favourite music at our first meeting allows me to get to know them and perhaps gives you a moment to allow the news to settle, in an otherwise challenging moment.
I’ll advise you on exactly what to expect and answer any questions you may have. I will make sure you know what will happen on the day of the ceremony and I shall arrive early and not leave until your loved one has been laid to final rest.
Mallorca Death Café
The Death Café is a space for anyone interested in exploring their hopes and fears with other like-minded people and in which they are not judged for what they believe.
End of Life Spiritual Care
If you or a loved one is nearing the end of life and wish to talk, in confidence, please know that you will have the space to express yourself and all that you’re going through.
What to Expect
Making Funeral Ceremony Arrangements
Sadly, the tradition in Spain is for burial or cremation to take place almost immediately and most often within 48 hours of death. It is important to know that you can request longer and you should consult with your funeral director immediately on the latest day possible for the funeral and any extra costs involved.
Regarding the ceremony, you’ll get to approve it beforehand and then a copy will be given to you afterwards which I hope shall bring you comfort should you need it.
